He has his Diploma of financial services (FNS50504), Diploma in Financial Planning (FNS50804) and Certificate IV in Financial Services (FNS40804). Mark is a Full Member of the MFAA (Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia), a Member of AFCA (Australian Financial Complaints Authority) as well as having previous banking experience.
